Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@postura.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email support@postura.com with photos of the issue.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
